Great mount
Really useful as it can take one or two Godox AD200s and the modeling light is very bright. They could improve the hinge to tilt the mount, but it’s sufficient and the overall quality still is good enough for a 5/5.

Very Happy with this!
Very good mount and has a 3 level brightness LED modeling light.

Nice bracket; well made
Works perfectly as designed with my Wescott Duo octa. You might need a rubber washer, however, to keep it from shifting on the Wescott bracket rail due to the weight of two AD200 Pros.

A must have if you have multiple AD200
I was not aware there this item was available and its a game changer if you want more power from a strobe and you have multiple AD200 units.I give it a 4 starts because it doesn't give you full power but I assume it would need more heat dissipation components. But for the price you should get it.

Good way to add flexibility
I use Explor 600 strobes and Explor 200 stobes (Adorama's version of the Godox lights) The 600s are heavy for location work and a single 200 can be a little weak for bright outdoors shoots. This provides a perfect in between for weight and power. Adding the extension cable and keeping the main unit lower on the stand greatly improves stability. Recommended.

Excellent Addition to my kit!
Great piece of equipment! I really like that it give an LED modeling light to the bulb set up!

Worked great
Did exactly as expected. Bulbs were easy to install and flashes mounted easily. Gave double the light with just one mount.

Great light. Terrible bracket. Too small to mount on a baby pin.
I was happy to be able to combine my AD200 lights and get more power. I'm also happy to finally have a modeling lamp with the bare bulb. As a lighting product, it works great.Unfortunately, the bracket itself leaves much to be desired. The tilt mechanism is the old variety with the click adjustment and basic locking mechanism that usually ends up hitting the soft box. The S2 bracket (see last photo) has a nice friction lock with an adjustable lever that you can rotate to get the best leverage and avoid hitting your modifier. It also has a nicer, metal collar.Worse yet, the mounting hole in the AD-B2 collar is so small I cannot use it on the baby pin that came with my new C-stand. This is a big show stopper for me. As you can see in the photos, I cannot insert the pin more than 1/2" into the bracket as the collar is too narrow after the first half inch. I may have to return it. (See first photo.) I'm weighing the need for using the AD-B2 on my C-stand as I just bought a 400 Pro this week. (It fits fine with the S2 bracket as shown.)If Godox is reading this, please update the AD-B2 with the new features in your S2 bracket and you'll have a winner.

Must-have addition for AD-200
If you own one or two AD-200's, this is a must-have accessory. Although you just use an S-type bracket to work with a single AD-200, this is much better, because you get a bright LED modelling light out of it. Of course, paired up, it would be much brighter, or, you can run it at half-power, but the unit works great with even one AD-200.Without the AD-B2, you can either run the AD-200 with the Fresnel head and have an incandescent modelling light, or the Bare Bulb with no modelling light. The LED with the AD-B2 is better than both options. Not really visible in the image is that the entire depth of the unit is a massive heat sink. That does add the factor that this unit is quite heavy, though. Along with 2 AD-200's and their batteries, a complete assembly is actually heavier than a lot of 600W strobes. Also, pricewise, two AD-200 and a AD-B2 will cost about the same as a AD600 battery-powered strobe, which has better recycle times and is brighter. However, I think this is more flexible, because it gives you the option of having one 400W strobe, or two 200W strobes. Many times, if you're indoors and not trying to overpower the sun, a single AD-200 is more than bright enough. You need two AD-200's to power both modelling light LEDs, but one is really enough to do the job. Oddly, the two modelling lights are separately controlled from the two AD-200's so turning both on is a little clumsy, since it has about 3 power levels (meaning, it's a lot of button presses to cycle both on and off). Another odd aspect is that if you have two AD-200's the first will face up, while the other will face down, meaning that the controls on the back will be inverted, and one battery will eject down, will the other will eject up.Kind of bizarre, but again, the flexibility of being able to split them up is very nice. The build quality on the unit is very solid. I highly recommend this accessory.

easy to use
While I have yet to get a 2nd AD200, I'll get there. In the meantime, I have a useful modeling light as the LED is pretty good, plus I can use any Bowens light modifier.
