10-inch Twisted Candlesticks, NOT DRIPLESS, Unscented, 4 Pack, Not-So-Basic Basic White (White Taper Candles), Birthday Mother's Day Gifts.

I ordered these taper candles for Christmas 2024... I had a hard time finding red candles last year, so I thought I'd get ahead of the game this time ;-) They arrived intact, perfectly straight. Tapers are often warped, even when you purchase them at a store, so that's the first thing I inspected upon arrival. The candles were packaged in a nice cylinder-shaped box which I will be able to reuse to store other candles in the future. My only complaint is the color isn't a true red- it is sort of a rosy-red, almost a deep pink. They're very pretty, though not a classic Christmas red. I'll still use them, but I'll keep looking for next year's Christmas tapers.

This is a pretty set of gradient twisted candles. They are priced well for the quality. They came packaged well in a cylinder tube that can be used for storing other candles if you are switching them out seasonally. They fit my candle holders well. No complaints!

These are lovely taper candles and I like the 10" length which works well with a new set of low-profile glass holders I just ordered. I usually burn jar or votive candles and only bring out my tall vintage wooden candle holders for the holidays. I'm always a little uneasy burning a tall taper candle on them as it just seems like an accident waiting to happen.Lately, I've been trying other types of candles and I really like the look of classic taper candles as they burn. I ordered this set to use for the cake & gift table I am planning to set up for granddaughter's upcoming high-school graduation. I chose the clear-sky pack with colors ranging from an almost cobalt blue through a medium cornflower blue to a washed teal (which really seems to belong to an entirely different color family) and finally to a pale blue that is almost white. So far, I have only burned the white(ish) candle. It does burn cleanly and evenly but the is not really dripless. Several drips did run down the length of the candle at first, but as the candle continued to burn, the dripping became less and less, finally stopping after about an hour or so. The candle is supposed to have a burn time of approximately 8 hours. After one hour of burning, about 1 1/2" of the length of the candle is gone, so I would say that it is indeed long-burning. There was no smoke or black grit and the flame burned steadily. The four candles were individually wrapped in layers of protective paper and arrived in a nice, sturdy cardboard cylinder that would be nice for gifting. There was no damage and the candles were in perfect shape. I'm saving the other three candles, but I'm happy with the one I have been burning -- it seems to be of good quality and well worth the modest price. I'll likely be trying some of the other pretty color choices as well.

These arrived unbroken. They are true to the measurements listed and unscented. Fit a standard taper holder.
