This kit has it all! I bought this for our daughter that loves Shui Mai from the tea houses. Now she can make her own. The pre-made parchment paper saves a lot of time for steaming. I usually make my own. Highly recommend if you need a steamer.

Up till now I've used the steamer insert that comes with my pots and pans. Sure that did a fair job but it never seemed to cook things evenly.Enter this steamer basket set up. Wow what a difference. It does a great job and everything cooked evenly. It didn't matter if I used one or two baskets everything cooked evenly.This is so simple and easy to use. So don't let this pass you by because it's unfamiliar - it will come to be your central way to cook very soon.Since I wasn't sure about cleaning it, I tried to be careful but in the end it didn't matter, food will get o9n anything used to cook. I washed them in warm soapy water and a warm rinse. I never let it soak. I air dried it and it came out perfectly.I highly recommend this for all your steam cooking needs.

This was the first bamboo steamer I have ever used, and it worked great! I steamed siopao asado and they were delicious. Since they are larger, I was only able to get two per layer, and they cooked evenly. I did soak the bottom for 30 minutes and rinsed the entire basket with water before first use. After, I did a quick rinse and gently removed a small piece of the siopao that I got on the basket. Dried quickly with no warping. Keep in mind that this set comes with 50 liners, 2 sets of chopsticks and a ceramic dipping dish. I am excited to try new foods to steam. Definitely recommend!

I ordered this steamer basket and it's been awesome for making dumplings and veggies at home. It fits perfectly on my skillet and can hold up to 10 dumplings or big sized florets. The all-natural bamboo design is not just functional but looks great too. I can cook, carry, and serve food all in one container. Plus, it's stackable for cooking multiple dishes at once. While it needs some care to avoid splinters, it's totally worth it.

The steamer basket quality is fine. Included were chop sticks, sauce dipping bowl and basket liners. However, there were no cooking or cleaning instructions. I had to go online to get this information.

This is perfect steam basket for steaming soup dumplings!! The basket is big enough to fit 10 dumplings if needed but i usually just do 6. The size of this basket is perfect for 12 inch skillet. Great gift for someone who enjoys steam dumplings in their home!

My wife is Korean so we eat quite a bit of "Asian food". Korean dumplings are called "Man-Du" which can be pan fried, but most Asians steam these. These are authentic bamboo steamer containers that do the job well. The "add ons", i.e. the chopsticks, paper liners, ceramic dish, are all nice touches and very much usable, we got these for the steamer containers. They work as expected and appear to be fairly durable.
