Geese be gone
We bought this because of geese coming on our property. The donkey next door thinks it’s a good idea to feed them where people swim.Flash them in the face a couple times and they leave and don’t come back.WORKS GREAT!!

There It Is!
Across different job sites, and occasions, I always had an urge to get a laser pointer to be more precise without walking 100 yards to point something out. This is perfect. It's very bright. I don't need the splitter for my use, but the laser is so bright that the green is still quite visible on foliage during daylight. It's pretty solidly made for the price point. I don't really have any issues with this at all. A good buy.

Worked as described
Brighter than expected and works in daylight well also.

I think I contacted Aliens!
Long story short, the other night I shined this in the open and clear night sky and then a little alien came down and keeps on saying “ET phone home”! He is really adorable and loves eating Reese’s Pieces!

It broke the same day
As soon as I got it out the box it worked the light was bright and it was nice. But when I went to charge it and it was done when I unplugged it the charge piece came off 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ so I bought another one from another company.

It's super bright
This is a serious laser. It's bright af. It's beam extends as far as I can see. This was a very good buy.I did buy it to play with my kitty, which it does well.

Bright, Pricey, Instructions Incorrect
First off, this green laser pointer DOES have a bright beam. It's very easy to see (better than red), and really is visible enough in a night sky to point out stars, planets, & etc., or to point out a landmark in daylight. The silver "starlight" lens tip rotates to give various patterns...mildly entertaining, though I'm not sure how useful that function might be.The on-off switch is a momentary type, only on while being pressed. This is a good thing, as green lasers are especially damaging if shined into someone's eyes, even momentarily, so this helps reduce accidents. Don't play with your cat with this one, and don't let a child play with it. Keep it where others can't pick it up to play with. The switch has a little removable plastic guard to help avoid accidents. Unfortunately, this small guard is easy to knock off or lose. I plan to drill a hole in it and secure it to the wrist strap so it can't go missing. I keep the belt clip in line with the switch to further reduce the chance of accidentally triggering it. The unit comes with a short charging cable (USB-A to micro-USB), but no power source. The charging port is also the older micro-USB, rather than the more recent USB-C.Be aware that the instructions for switching from "starlight" display to a solid beam are incorrect. They say to press in and unscrew the small silver end piece, but it doesn't come loose, just rotates to change the pattern in the starlight function. You have to remove the entire large black end section to expose the little tip that projects the solid beam. This is probably better, anyway, as that larger section is harder to misplace than the small silver bit. This light seems well-made and sturdy, but is fairly pricey relative to other units that appear similar. It IS good and bright, but I don't know how it stacks up in actual power to some of the less expensive ones. You'd have to do a comparison trial to decide.
