I purchased this for two reasons, 1) my MBP needs a 60w cable and 2) my 54w solar panel needs a cable that can handle at least that. I don't use it on a daily basis for my MBP but it has served its purpose in a pinch. I also tested it with my solar panel and it transfers the power perfectly, no issues with it charging from the panel to any device I plugged it into. I appreciate that it retracts because, it's easy to store and tangle free! This is a good value and after a few months use, I can recommend it.

The easy and quick retraction of the cable makes it good for organization. But the design also makes it a little bulky, specially at the end that are just laying around.

I have an Android phone and a car charger that promised it would charge it at a high level but I wasn't getting it. Was it the charger? No. It was the cable. Was the old cable failing to meet it's performance spec? No. The cable had one oval (USB C) end and a rectangular end (USB A). Any cable with a USB A end cannot deliver modern charging levels (called PD and PPS) even though the charger can. I switched to this cable that has USB C on both ends and all is well. It's nice and tidy in my truck and always ready. Yay!

I don’t review many items, but just received these and so far I would say this is the best retractable charging cord I have ever purchased. I have bought a lot of them over the years for use in our cars. This one expands and retracts super smoothly, and the best part—it stays plugged into the port when you expand and retract it. 🙌🏻 The chamber and the cord itself have a nice quality feel to them, and no big obnoxious logo. Winner! I’m ordering more for kids for Christmas gifts.

Excellent product. Works really well looks nice and so compact. No more messy cables getting all tangled up. I got one in white and one in blue, both are really nice.

This gets the job done. Only complaint is that it gets stuck when retracting and takes a lot of effort to get it to work correctly again.
