Such a simple thing but eases many worries for my childIts bright and colourful and knowing he csn zip up his messages and I don't see them reassures him they things he doesn't want to trouble me with get eaten by his monster. Also helps me understand what's wrong and can make some changes without him ever knowing I know his fearsBiggest problem is making sure I take them out quietly and dispose off where he won't see

My son suffers from anxiety and thought that this might help him sleep. It would have worked IF the instructions weren't plastered all over the box stating that parents need to remove the note with the worry on it whilst the child sleeps. I would have thought that this was obvious to any adult!! As my son read the box it immediately rendered it useless!! Such a shame as I'm sure it would have helped.
