Not exactly cheap for a supplement but on the basis that this works out at 4 months supply then the value per capsule actually isn't too bad.I already take ashwagandha to help me relax and improve my sleeping patterns and take this in the evenings. For that reason, I keep the Rhodiola for mornings as I like to give myself as good a start to the day as possible and combine this with a couple of other supplements to help with focus and energy.The capsules are standard size so aren't particularly hard to swallow but can also be broken apart and the contents added to a glass of water or sprinkled on food.There is a slight fragrance to the tablets that smells similar to raisins so isn't unpleasant at all and the powder (if you break the tablet apart) tastes vaguely malty.

Can't tell too much how much this affects me however I enjoy taking it and certainly as a placebo it puts my mind more at ease. No artificial binders and all the rest, all natural, can't complain.

I struggle a lot with general anxiety and find I get stressed very easily these days, which then impacts on my sleep, general health and well being, so I was interested to see if these Rhodiola Rosea Capsules might be able to combat the effects of the stress better and protect my body and mind from some of the negative impacts of stress.The capsules are reasonably compact and easy to swallow and you get 120 in the bottle which lasts around 4 months as only 1 a day is required. I take it when I get up as thats when I usually find I'm most anxious and apparently they can also have a stimulating affect, which isn't ideal to help sleep. They seem to be manufactured in mainland Europe to decent quality standards.The dose is quite high compared to some competing products so it seems reasonable value.I've only been taking them a few days and haven't noticed any adverse side effects yet, but it will probably need a few more days usage before I can tell if they're helping me at all in any way.
