From the start this laptop did not work
It is nothing to like about the product because this laptop did not work from the start.The laptop was delivered Friday, on 3th of January.During the weekend I tried to set up the windows software, the options, the browser and the RECOMMENDED Widows updates.After this set up, what I could see was a blue screen. I wasted two days trying to reset the laptop but to no avail.In conclusion this is a windows laptop which does not work on windows operating software. Quite a novelty!I was a bit suspicious about the high specification, 40 GB RAM, 100 TB SSD for such a minimal price, but in my naivety I ordered this piece of ... computer.This confirms the old saying: "when something looks too good to be true it usually is".Therefore, I filled in a return / refund Amazon request with the solemn promise to avoid this seller in the future.

No longer works after only purchasing 13 months ago.
I purchased this laptop in Nov 2023. This is Jan 2025, and the product began having small issues with the mousepad not being particularly effective, and now the computer has died and won’t recharge. the problem is not with the charger, and irritatingly, the product is no longer in warranty. Over three hundred pounds down the drain. I wouldn’t purchase one of these laptops again, or order from this company.
