This probiotic has a great blend of ingredients. The only downside is the smell and price. It's the only probiotic I've had that has a smell. But it doesn't cause any aftertaste or nasty burps like fish oil might. The other thing is that each serving size is 3 capsules. I've been taking less than 3 per day to 'save' and still notice the benefits.

It's always hard to determine if a supplement is actually doing anything or not so we usually focus on whether or not there were any negative effects.We started out by taking one of these a day for the first few days, then working up to two for another few days and then finally to the recommended dose.Since we are regular pre/probiotic users we didn't expect to feel any positive effects but were more concerned that we'd feel something negative such as stomach upset, gas, bloating and the other things that are unpleasant to discuss or have. Thankfully we experienced none.Our only concern is the high price compared to others on the market. Other than that we give them a 4/5 rating but we'd stay with some of the less expensive ones at least for our own use.

I have been using probiotics for a long time and tried different ones. These do work fine, however, they are very expensive. I think there are other options available that don’t come with such a steep price tag.

These seem to have a good comprehensive blend of ingredients specifically for gut and digestive health. The capsules are normal sized and easy to swallow. They don't smell great but wasn't difficult to just take without any issues. I wish it didn't 3 capsules for a serving size though. It is pricey but seems to have supplements that you don't see with other digestive health supplements. Therefore, it may be worth trying for people looking for better overall benefits.

This looks like a decent enough product to try. It came with a plastic wrap around the neck of the bottle, had an expiration date which gives me 2 years to use it. Looks and tastes comparable to other probiotics I usually take.Always find it hard leaving reviews for probiotics, because unless you have an acute condition that will immediately start improving, you won't really know if it's doing anything. I mostly take probiotics for maintenance, because I don't have any issues anymore, but I hope this works is promised, and once I'm done with the bottle and if my opinion changes by then, I'll definitely update my review.

I have been taking this supplement for several weeks now and am pleased with it. The ingredients appear to be of good quality. This capsule does smell badly, like old buttered popcorn, but its not so bad that I can't bear it. The smell is from the Butyrate, which is a short-chain fatty acid known to stink. I take this supplement according to the instructions on the bottle. I have noticed less bloat and better movements.

I had to look up what Butyrate generators were; I learned that they are short-chain fatty acids that generate a protective barrier in the intestines -- something that regular probiotic supplements do not have. Now I understand the pricing, which is much more than my usual probiotic supplements. The capsules are easy to take and since you are supposed to take three a day, this is only a 30-day supply. I personally will not reorder due to the price, but for those who want a next-level gut health supplement and don't mind the cost, this may be an excellent choice.

I take probiotics everyday, i used to look for the the ones with the most types of micro-organisma and the highest number per capsules. Then I realized the wrong knd dies instantly, and the right kinds will flourish and multiplies. When I switch to this brand from culturelle, i was worried, because i have very sensitive GI system, and I had it under control. To my surprise, this system to have similar effect, I even started feeling little better. I have ninety days supply, and it is hard to tell for sure after 2 weeks, I will finish the bottle and update my review if anything changes
