Good finish, good looking, good flushing mechanism, clearing water fully then filling, so no left overs, in the commode. So far I haven't used Harpic or any strong chemical, just brushing giving normal glossy look.But their delivery partner 'Delhivery' is very bad, they were supposed to sent two people, but only driver was available, The 1st commode, I have to return because during delivery the flush tank's top cover got broken, because they are pulling it down, which I saw when I got the replacement, and I stopped it but I have help him to carry it along with driver.Infact they have to replace only the flush tank cover, but there is no option to contact the seller or ask for it. I have mentioned it in my replacement request but was a full replacement happened which was very cumbersome because you have to pack it to acceptable level for not to broke it any further.

The seller Hanumant Enterprises service is excellent, when the box was opened found flush tank cover was in broken condition. On informing them they replaced the same.

The media could not be loaded. Very good product. Value of money. No water leakage problem. Sine and very smooth surface.Sound less operate. Easy to clean. Most important water flow is very very good.
