If you're looking for this to fit a child's wrist, keep looking elsewhere. These fit adults and maybe some teens, not smaller children. Great product otherwise!

Very pleased with this product's comfort/fit and highly recommend these alert bracelets for fitting young school age children. Great fit for my slender/small build 10 year old son. He could have easily worn these at 7 years, and will be able to hopefully wear for a few more years. A lot of new teachers and aids at his school this year (2018) and these alert bracelets give an added alert to any teacher/aid/bus driver/adult/student if he becomes unable to communicate or unresponsive. Using the alert bracelets as additional alert to the "TYPE 1 DIABETIC Insulin Dependent Medical Alert 2-Pack 1 Black Zipper Pull Charm" we attached to laced area of shoe lace on his shoe. These are different alerts that are conversation starter pieces when other students notice them. My son hates to feel different from classmates, but now just passed a year from his diagnoses he understands the importance of these medical alerts for him to grow independence to NOT have Mom/Dad with him 24/7, Gave the pink bracelet to school nurse to offer to any of the other four T1Ds at his school. Plan to order another set of these alert bracelets.

My 6 year old daughter loves wearing these as her medical bracelet. She liked the variety pack because she can wear a different color bracelet every day. They are a little big on her, but she likes them looser, and they don't fall off. Great product.

I have two kiddos with T1D. These fit my 12 year old really well, but still a little bit on my 9 year old girl!
