I though this would work great in the car seat for baby after she out grew her other head support. Mmm maybe with a different car seat it would fit better but the pillows are pretty bulky. It keeps her head in place since she always falls asleep on car rides but she looks a little squished with them

We love the design of this head rest pillow. It provides sturdy support for baby’s developing neck muscles and provides me peace of mind that her airway is supported. We have used it in her bouncy chair, her swing and her car seat and it functions great in all three places. I love that it is adjustable to grow as she grows. It’s a great value for the money

Pillow keeps falling

This works as a neck pillow for our toddler but is tricky to keep in place. I think it's designed as a neck pillow for use in a car seat (which doesn't seem necessary to me. Our car seat supports our kid's head quite well). We used this as a neck pillow for a red eye flight with our 2 and a half year old. I would have liked a single U shaped pillow like the adult ones, just toddler sized but that's not what this is made for. As a two piece pillow with the flat spot behind the head, it is designed for a car seat more than standalone use. However, it did work and kept our kid's head up when they fell asleep.
