My husband uses insulin pens, so doesn't need the cooling feature so much, but the little pouch keeps his pens, spare needles and mini needle disposal box easily. It's small enough that he can just pop it in his work bag and everything is stored conveniently for him. Does exactly what he needs it to do. And it's sturdy too. Still looks new after several months.

I use this a lot for medications that need to be kept in the fridge. It’s great and it does the job.

I used these with a small medicine zipper bag on a flight. I put the bag and gel packs with syringes overnight. Next day they were with me for ten hours before going into destination fridge. Still cool. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was they needed a bit of squashing into the bag.

Yes this holds 4 insulin pens plus one small ice pack. I used the other ice pack with a different pouch and it was fine for 8 hour flights.East to carry/use etc
