Q: How effective would this product be at bonding aluminum cans to pvc pipes? (paint stripped off aluminum beforehand. both degreased & scuffed)

Not recommended for PVD as I recall.

Q: I have a locking mechanism on my truck cap 2".x48".that needs to be re-glued to the cap what is the coverage area of this one ounce tube?

The mixing needle will waste about 5-10% of epoxy. From my experience, This tube will cover a 5inch x 5inch area about 1/8inch high, or 3inch x 3inch area about 1/4inch high. Just an approximation. I use it to fill things in rather than glue things. Gluing things together takes very little volume. You will be fine with plenty left over. But remember the needle is a single use only as it will dry solid.

Q: can i use pc autobond with the pc 50 mil despenser?
