Toilet used once and leaked all over a polished wooden floor - now ruined.
These toilets were intended for use on our boat.For some reason or other, when the toilet is used the toilet seal leaks, for no apparent reason. It’s not cracked or split, and the seals are brand new. We have ordered two of these and used the first one once only, with the above result.Have contacted the supplier to see if there are seals missing or if they have come across this problem before, but have had no response. The second one ordered arrives today and if that has the same problem, I intend to return the pair of them for a refund.UPDATE………………….The second toilet has now been used for the first time, and once again leaked. It appears that the seal between the two sections is not good. We have tried it with the discharge flap both open and closed, and it leaks on both occasions.The flush mechanism is also extremely hard to use, as the plunger seems to lock in tge down position.The manufacturer must know about this, because it’s difficult to believe that we are the only persons to experience this same problem with the two items purchased.I now need to know how to get a refund, because they are currently a health risk, and need to go.
