This chair was easy to put together. Its large, very quiet operation and extra comfortable. Great value. Highly recommend.

This is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. My previous recliner was getting old and I was having a problem getting out of it. I have to admit I am getting older. I was still managing but the recliner broke completely and I was unable to fix it.I decided it was time to resort to a lift chair. My kids sent me enough gift certificates for Christmas to get this chair. The price varies but the shipping usually changes as the price goes up or down always ending in about the same price.Assembly problem: I wish it would have sent better instructions to put it together. It is very important to put the sides on first. It is easy if you do it in that order. I put the back on first which made it impossible to put the sides on. Once the back is on it locks in place. I finally had to have a friend help and he worked for quite awhile to find a release button to get the back off. Once the back was finally off we were able to put the sides on. I hope you read this before making the same mistake.I like the USB on the side to keep my Kindle plugged in. I put covers on the arms since I snack in the chair while watching TV or reading. It is covered with a beautiful soft velvet type fabric. I don't use the massage much at this time. I tend to forget it is even there. I do like the heat in my lower back. It is just the right amount in the right place. The timer is great.Best chair for the best price!!!

The media could not be loaded. On the one hand I think this is a great chair! I have serious spine issues and very bad pain, so I was looking for a solution that was both sturdy and comfortable. It has soft, velvety fabric, and I would say it is more on the firm side (but that’s nothing a couple soft pillows won’t fix! lol!) This chair was fairly easy to assemble, it couldn’t have taken more than 10 minutes or so, and that included sorting out and connecting the few different electrical components as well! It worked as it should for the first few days, but then I noticed the massage function was acting weird and getting very loud. I have tried it a few different times and it definitely has something wrong, but I’m not sure what. It’s a bummer because that was one of the main reasons I chose this recliner over others. I also noticed a few issues with the recline function, it works, but it feels a little off sometimes too. I’ve had this chair for a little under 2 weeks now, so I’m surprised there are any issues with it at this point, but hopefully there won’t be any others. I plan to update this review if anything changes.*the video I included is of the weird sounds happening when using the vibration function. It’s very very loud in person, the recording doesn’t quite capture that part but the strange sounds are still noticeable so I included it.

It's been 6 months since we bought this for my father in law. We got this chair for him to help him get up an down after his back surgery. It has worked wonders in helping him stand until he was able to do it himself. The chair is still comfortable. I was afraid that after some use, you would be able to feel the massage things through the cushion, but you can not. It's still soft.

I got this for my wife. It’s plush and easy to assemble. All features work as advertised. My only alert is if you’re over 5’5 I wouldn’t get it. My wife is 5’4 and her feet hang off the leg rest slightly, so I can only imagine this would be too small for a taller person. Also if you’re bigger in weight (more than 250 and have a wider frame) I wouldn’t recommend. It fits my wife but if she was maybe 15 pounds heavier and two inches wider the chair would’ve been too small.

This chair is AWFUL! It is poorly made and the lift feature is highly unstable as it rocks and tilts. The measurements are significantly smaller than listed and the chair is very stiff and uncomfortable, not the soft, puffy material it lists. The "massage" feature is just a noisy vibrating that is more sound than anything enjoyable or relaxing.Obviously, we decided to return this chair. However, the seller has made this an impossibly difficult process. First they offered to cover the return fees (over $80), then rescinded the offer when I refused to reorder another crappy version of said chair. If the first one was so utterly disappointing, why would I want a duplicate? Business practice has been shady and now I'm being forced to pay nearly $200 for a chair that just sucks!I would avoid making the same mistakes we did and just go with a different chair all together. Do not buy ANY chair/furniture from this seller. It is all poorly made and questions for safety and mismanagement of ethical business practices.

Update:There is something off with the ratios of the chair. When I want to stand up, the lift actually places me too close to the ground and the positioning of the stand up feature puts too much pressure on my knees. I'm not looking for something that stands me all the way up, I need to keep my muscle tine. I just do not want to be closer to the ground then when I'm in a sitting position. Additionally the vibration is nice but the individual vibration motor in the seat are hard. If the vibration feature was there it would be a bit more luxurious The cup holder hold my reusable water bottle. Nice size cup holders. I'll post photos later. Otherwise my original review is pretty accurateIf the chair doesn't last long that's okay bc the price is so good. The chair is decent for the price. I'm happy I only had to spend 319$ for this recliner. It's soft, attractive, comfortable. The leg portion doesn't not have a lot of cushion but that's not a problem for us. A little favorite pillow under the legs, not a problem as we are of a certain age these types of pillows are in our home, our cars, and our travel luggage. We are prepared. The motor is so quiet. The chair runs smoothly. I would buy a second chair and still might do so and just get rid of our couch all together. I do recommend this chair. It arrive quickly and in tact. I will buy from this seller again.
