Cant beat Polyurethane
I have a IS300 with the L-Tuned kit. My rear bumper valence has damage and I always wanted a new one but its 20 years old now. To my amazement I found this one that is not only the same shape, but also polyurethane. So I was super happy.

No Tabs
Fits well, but there are NO TABS for underneath as pictured...Bummer. Only mounting places are the sides.

Good material no middle tabs
Heat gun is needed for installation since there are no tabs on the middle the lip sags a bit however double sided tape and or a custom bracket should do the trick The material is good
