First thing I would note about these is they have glass tips, rather than a rigid power wire that wraps around the top. These should fit any headlamp or fog light H1 bulb without clearance issues whereas those with the metal top wire won't. If you're doing a replacement, this should fit.After installation on one side of in a Honda CRV, I looked at both headlamps, and could not tell any difference in either the color of the light or the overall intensity. Both were a bright white. So no complaints about brightness or spectrum color.Given the price at the time I ordered these of $6 each (ordered as a pair), and the performance so far, I'd say they are a good bargain. For some reasons, these CRVs like to eat these bulbs every 35-45K miles at most. So having a spare on hand is a good thing. Might be likewise for other cars. Plus these fit fog lights on another vehicle we have. Glad I got them.

My CRV uses H1 bulbs for the headlights, and these fit well. I cannot tell the difference from brand-name bulbs, same beam intensity and same color hue. I had mixed success with different brands of H1 bulbs in terms of durability, and I settled on a brand that seem to last almost double than any others. So, that would be the real test for these bulbs: how long will they last. So far, I can only rate them high.
