Not great…
It resembles a running parachute… but doesn’t function that well as one. Seems to be a poor design. No matter what we tried, it spends a lot more time dragging on the ground than catching any air and providing any running resistance.From very limited use, some of the stitching was also starting to come undone.

This speed training parachute is perfect for youth and adults trying to enhance their speed. It provides resistance but the design keeps from tangling occurrences. I am surprised with the quality at this value price. It is a definite buy item!
