Fitted to the rear of an outbuilding to stop me from getting soaked whenever I open the door. Opted for the frosted finish as there's a recessed LED light above and this acts as a diffuser giving a softer light that doesn't irritate our neighbours.

This cover is very lightweight, easy to install, comes with screws too! Great for keeping rain off your door

Had a new front door installed at commercial premises. This canopy is extremely cheap so is a good way to see if rainwater is kept off door it will last for longer and building will be more waterproof as a result. As it is transparent it is not obtrusive. So far so good its only been up for a week. Once its been through wind,rain, heat and snow will have a better idea of whether it lives up to its promise. I wouldn't want to test its ability to having any weight on it. It looks flimsy from that point of view. But for the price no complaints.

Easily erected, screwed straight into wooden framework of porch with supplied screws! A little small but that’s the compromise against a weight of snow? Looks good, hardly notice it.

We live just off the coast in the South West and take some pretty convincing storm winds. I was dubious about plastic canopy but once it's installed with it's supplied brackets it seems really sturdy and is working fine.Nicely inconspicuous in the clear acrylic it does the job well for sensible money.I found it fiddly to install solo, so ideally get someone intelligent to help. Alternatively, mount it to a length of pressure treated timber (or something that matches your intended location) on the ground, then simply lift and fasten this in - this will save you trying to hold the elements in alignment if you're using more than a single length. The joint is not causing any problem, but trying to assemble and fit it all above head height with power tools was challenging: luckily only the wildlife heard the language!

Good tough canopy .I put it on a wall that was roughcasted .so I made a wooden template so I could drill the holes accurately. Took some time to put it up .but it was worth it in the end .
