I feel good about taking vitamin D and this brand seems good. Certainly good tasting. Arrives in good shape and quickly.

These tiny little chewable tablets taste pretty good. They are kind of like a little morsel of candy and I look forward to crunching one up every morning. I'm a gastric bypass patient and need to take this to keep healthy. My vitamin levels at my last check up are all good and I don't spend a lot of time in the sun, so these little buggers are doing the trick!

You can get a supply to last 6 months for just a few dollars. It helps to keep your immune system in good shape to ward off winter viruses and helps to protect against breast cancer. I love these, have taken this brand of Vitamin D for years. I ran out this week and noticed a difference in the two days I waited for my Amazon order!! At 65 years old I am very health and have strong bones..these are part of the reason why.My favorite Vitamin D3! Well adsorbed, small, chewable, and tastes great. I usually don't take them in the summer since I get plenty of sun, but in the winter I need these. I live in the northwest, and almost everyone suffers from seasonal depression, including myself, and these help.
