A well laid out book with the topic discussed in non dumbed down way.
I am enjoying this book immensly; the chapters are short and to the point and the topic is described and explored in a non dumbed down way and the ideas discussed are interesting. I read in the news of the new field of chronotherapy which is the potential for timing treatments in harmony with the body for maximum success so this book seems certain to increase in popularity as it in itself is 'in the moment'.I like the choice of chapters as at each there is a new angle looked at - some are regarding circadian rhythms and the effects of them, and others what might be the cues that govern our cells or whole organisms.

Very detailed
Extremely helpful with my coursework on Circadian and Circannual rhythms (this book is only to do with circannual rhythms), excellent

Interesting but not a good Kindle
A comprehensive guide to current research on the ways the living world manages to coordinate with the seasons etc. can be bit tedious but well written. As a Kindle it suffers from not being able to format the diagrams and tables particularly well. I suspect they would make much more sense in the printed version.

Interesting
A good read for the non technically minded. It certainly puts life into perspective. However it pushes the biggest scam of the decade:: climate change.
