Makes hydrating easier
Bought these to add to my soft flasks with my vest. I was finding it awkward to drink just out of the bite valves that come as standard so wanted straws to see if it was easier. It is an absolute life saver in terms of taking on fluids. The only drawback now is that I drink too much.Tip, the bottle tends to sink into the holder as it empties so I just tick the straw under the vest rather than under a strap because once the bottle drops so far it doesn’t sit under the strap anymore.Great bit of kit!

Does its job well
Took this out on a 20 mile run and it worked a treat, means I don't have to take my camelback soft flasks out of there pocket. I intailly bought one to try and I'm really happy with it, I'm going to buy another, 1 star off for the price though, they're a bit expensive for what they are.

Very disappointed. Could use only twice because at the second run the tube came out itself and I lost her. Just the tube. Connector left over on the flask
