They do work
Took a few days to work and had to use 2 patches but they stay on and definitely help me sleep longer than a couple of hours at a time .Will buy again

Not good
These patches did not work for me even after using 2 and then 3 per nite, but I am a really bad sleeper, they won’t stay on and end up stuck to sheets, in the end I was securing with plasters but still didn’t work for me,someone with not too bad a sleep pattern may find they work for them, they are not to expensive so at least not to much money spent for something that didn’t work. REWRITING THIS REVIEW I don’t think I gave them long enough to see if they worked, I now use 2 per night and found they do work really well, I also attached to a different place on my body and they stay on and stick really well have to peel off in the morning ,I have had such a bad sleep pattern for years and my sleep has improved so much I now give them 5 stars and would advice anybody to try them and unlike me give them time to work before reviewing

Well worth a shot, not too costly and make a difference,
I found these to be very good. They seem to keep me asleep with less periods of waking. That said results aren’t on the first night, it took a week or two. I’m not getting a solid 8 hour sleep, but I do see an improvement in my sleep quality. Inexpensive, easy to apply, just takes a few nights to work out best position, mine is in the chest to shoulder area, as I found they tended to come off my arms.

Good quality and effective
Absolutely love these and don't go to bed without 2 of these on my skin. They really work and are very effective. Good quality and value for money. Recommend.

Best thing about these patches was the packaging.
I was very interested to find out if these patches would really help with sleep problems so placed and order. Yes they arrived quickly & were well packed The first & subsequent nights the patches did nothing to help me sleep. In fact I spent more time trying to keep the patches on me than sleeping. For me they were a complete waste of time & money.
