The color on these shakers was as advertised. I like the design and also the holder so we can keep the set together easier. They will be a great addition to our kitchen and I can get rid of the old ones we have used for years!

These are very nice looking salt and pepper shakers. A clean look to the shakers and they fit nicely in their own holder. Clearly labeled ‘Salt’ and ‘Pepper’ on the shaker bottles; but there is also an "S" and a "P" on the tops (where the salt and pepper come out). A cute addition! The bottom of each is clear glass so you can also tell which is which, at a glance and lets you know when it’s time to refill.My only complaint, which is minor, is that the holder base is plastic. This, unfortunately, cheapens the overall effect of the set. While I don’t mind using this lovely set in my home; I would be reluctant to give it as a wedding or housewarming gift.
