I got this to have an easy way for my 13 year old to clean her Invisalign retainers. It is so easy to use, she does it multiple times a day! It also has a very straightforward design, so it’s near impossible to not understand how to use it! It has different time settings, all at a simple button press right on the front that’s labeled. Multiple timers is great for a quick clean after eating or a longer one at night or in the morning. I also loved that it comes with the UV light for disinfecting as well. It will also help the retainers last longer without the scratching that can come from traditional cleaning. Amazing to not have to keep buying the cleaner that you add to water for soaking either! It’s small and was easy to travel with. Came with a little basket for cleaning jewelry items and things like that, but I have not personally used that. We have used it daily, multiple times a day, for 2 months now and it’s had zero issues. All around this cleaner is exactly what I was looking for. Great price, works well, and easy for a teenager to continue to use. I will for sure be getting another one when my other child needs it.

I bought this product in january or february, and it worked well enough. I used it to clean my retainers and seemed to do the job with uv light and ultra sonic vibrations. It had a loud hum, but told you it was working. Up until July, this device started to struggle. The hum became very soft or it didn't hum at all. I had to restart it to get a soft hum back. I shook the device and I could hear some loose pieces clanking around. I think the build was not made to last. Would give it a 4 star if it lasted a year and 5 if it lasted even longer

Works as advertised! I accidentally tried cleaning my Invisalign liners with my electric toothbrush and it totally ruined them. They started getting hard, white build up on them and started tasting and smelling bad. I tried all kinds of solutions to clean them and nothing worked. So I finally bought this ultrasonic cleaner and with the first use it got rid of almost all of it! It definitely got rid of the yellowing too so now they actually look invisible when I wear them. Although I think my aligners are too far gone, they still get cleaner with each use. I do use a cleaning tablet I purchased separately for extra cleaning power every now and then but it doesn’t seem necessary. I used it on my husband’s night guard as well and his is sooo much cleaner, almost brand new. It’s sleek, easy to use, lightweight and compact, fits perfectly on my small counter. It’s a bit louder than expected but only slightly louder than my electric toothbrush. Versatile as I even used this in my wedding rings and it cleaned off so much gunk!

Stopped working after less than 20 uses

The product arrived quickly and looks exactly like on the photo. I haven't tried it as it has been meant as a gift, so I can't rate the quality of the product, but I have interacted with the seller and he is very reliable and kind.

DO NOT BUY!! We used this 3 times and were very careful as the reviews mentioned issues with water getting inside the metal connectors etc. we only used filtered water, carefully cleaned and dried it each time, but last night when putting in my son’s retainers, it started as normal then started making a very weird noise. We immediately unplugged it but the damage was done. There was a smell of burnt plastic and smoke and something side was completely fried. It is a horribly designed product! Was bought as a Christmas gift but now we can’t return it as the window closed on Christmas Eve. Do not waste your money. Heed all the advice in previous reviews that this is a very unreliable product. Way too expensive for something that will break after only a few uses. Complete junk!
