These tiles have been in our kitchen for about a month now and so far, so good. It took me maybe 3 hours tops to lay them. We were working with an ugly beige tile already, so I just lined up the corners and laid the peel and stick directly on top. For a more authentic look, you would have the edges of each peel and stick tile touching, but given we were working over preexisting tile and not something like laminate, etc. I didn’t know how good of an idea that would be (if the uneven surface of the grout lines would be a problem as far as wear and tear). It wasn’t extraordinarily difficult to cut around for corners, but I would recommend using a box cutter as opposed to scissors. We have a LOT of foot traffic in our kitchen between my husband and I, two big dogs, and 3 cats and it looks as good as the day I put it down, which is saying a lot considering all the spills and splatters it’s already seen. Is it our forever flooring? No. But it’s well worth the money for an inexpensive remedy for our ugly brown tile predicament and it’s a good way to test out the checkerboard prior to shelling out the big bucks.My only word of caution: if you choose to lay it how I did (aka leave the existing grout lines exposed) be aware that you cannot grout peel and stick tile.

I have put a different brand of peel & stick in 2 of my bathrooms. I ordered these for my laundry room and I was impressed. The trick is to clean with a degreaser or TSP cleaner first. I had laid a few down and needed to remove them to change my pattern(my mistake) & it was really HARD to remove them. First out of the box I was skeptical bc they look “bumpy” up close. However those “bumps” provide a bit of traction and you cannot tell at all unless you get down on the floor and look at them. My washer/dryer installers scuffed them a bit but they didn’t budge and the scuffs came off with a magic eraser. All this to say, buy them!!

Good enough, Some tiles were not sticky at all. But easy to cut and love the two tone

Easy to install. Had no problem with then sticking to the floor. The key is prepping the floor and smoothing it out before you lay them. Would definitely buy them again.

Easy to cut. I just used a box cutter. The install was easy and if you need to make small adjustments they pull up and stick right back down. Just what I was looking for

Ordered three boxes of the colorful flecked tiles for flooring they came in very dull and with big blobs nothing like the picture! Product appeared to be of good quality just not as described in there Amazon store.

Great tiles, worked perfectly for my powder room renovation. I laid down a 1/16 or 1/8” foam barrier below so I didnt stick adhesive straight onto my hardwood floor, and also to protect any spilled liquids from getting to the actual floor. They are tough and hard wearing, but easy enough to cut with a razor knife and straight edge.

I was a little hesistant at first to purchase this product as I was convinced that at such an affordable cost, there is no way it would be such high quality. However all my expectations were exceeded. Not only was it easy to install but also looks very professional. I am by no means very handy with home renovation and I was able to accomplish the installation with ease. Renter friendly as well.
