I didn't even think about that when I purchased this shoe but my husband wears 10 1/2 EEE and it fits him.

According to some text on another version of this boot from the same seller, "Specifications: -Available in several sizes:. -X-Small: Women's 4-6. -Small: Men's 6-8, women's 7.5-10. -Medium: Men's 8.5-10. -Large: Men's 10.5-12. -X-Large: Men's 12.5-14."I'm a size 11 1/2 and used the Large. But had no bandaging except on one toe. Get the size for a shoe size one size larger than your normal shoe size if you have bandages on your whole foot. The boot has adjustable straps.

Q: Is the photo just incorrect?

No, Chad the photo is right. there is only one shoe to fit either left or right. AS you might know the "Wedge" is designed to offload pressure to the front of the foot usually to assist in healing a wound or ulster. I hope this helps.
