ALL-TOP Recovery Traction Boards, 2PCS, Reinforced Off Road Bendable Tire Friction Tracks (3rd Gen, Black)

These are excellent. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I tested these on gravel and soggy soil with a full size pickup truck and a 4WD Jeep GC with a V8 and had no issues at all. I tested these on gravel only with my 40' diesel pusher with a rear axle weight of 19,000 lbs and they look no worse for the wear. I did not test the bus on the soggy soil because it was logistically not possible, not because I didn't have faith in the boards by that time. I am very happy to have these on board and highly recommend them.

In comparison to another popular brand, they are not as heavy duty, and I would not use them for bridging. I plan to use these to mount on my SXS to use as recovery boards. The traction knobs do not feel as grippy as others, and they will not stack together as others do, giving a little bit higher profile and taking up a bit more room.

You can spend a lot for more expensive boards like this or you can spend a little and when the inevitable break happens, you can just buy another pair of these for much less. Great recovery boards that are nicely nestled in my truck in case I or someone else needs them.

These aren’t the heaviest duty traction boards you can get, but they should do the job when you need them. If you spend time alone away from civilization in hostile climates, you might want to buy top of the line boards. However I’m using this for my SxS where if they fail, I’m at most a few miles hike back to my truck with little risk of death/injury. The biggest issue in a SxS is high centering in ruts left by bigger trucks. You need a board big enough to wedge down under the tires at a high enough angle to let you crawl out of the rut or hole. With my machine being around 1500lbs I have no concern of these boards failing, but I’d probably only use them on my truck as a last resort. These aren’t the only tool you need when out in the elements, but they are good to have when you need them.

Fairly strong material and rugged studs.The studs have a hexagonal head and may look like they would be removable. They are not. They are part of the molded plastic.My only complaint is the handles/grips. If the grips are meant for carrying the tracks, they are in the wrong place. Put them in the middle, not the ends. It's all about weight distribution when carrying. Round the interior edges, too. Those sharp edges are uncomfortable. I don't even use the handles. I carry the tracks like a surfboard. It's easier that way.

These recovery boards saved my life when I was stranded in the snowy/mud on a private road in the forest. I was delivery an uber eats order to a family that lived in the middle of nowhere and I got stuck in the mudd. Good thing I had these in my trunk. I was able to get out in no time. I recommend.

These are perfect for ATV rides! They're lightweight and easy to take along and they're ideal to have when you get stuck. They work great and I highly recommend them.

The ALL-TOP Recovery Traction Boards are an excellent. They are heavy duty, well made and will provide outstanding traction. I received them in the summer, so I haven’t been able to test them in the snow, but after looking at how well they’re made, I am confident they will perform well.
