I probably should have gone smaller in size because it fits a bit loose on me, but it still does what it is supposedd to do. It traps in the heat and makes you sweat more. Be sure to keep hydrated!

First off, as with all compression and sauna gear: size up 1-2x your normal fit. It is supposed to be a tight, compressing fit but you also need to feel good in it. I personally love that it is sleeveless. You WILL be drenched if you train even moderately hard & you can throw this right in the wash (cold) and tumble dry low. Highly recommended & I have returned so many prior vests. Easy 5 stars in my eyes

I got for my, And I used it before him. And I love this. I've had trouble with sweating, but this has made ot easier. Which helps with my weight loss.

Well needless to say, this fit exactly as expected. The material both inside and out are much softer feeling on the skin than expected. I will say to those unfamiliar with tight restricting feeling clothing, this is definitely a body shaping article of clothing. The compression is snug, reminds me of a flexible corset actually, although more uniformly body smoothing. Actually flipped inside out, it still conforms tightly to the body but the rubbery layer that causes you to sweat doesn't effect you nearly as much, making it a nice body smother to wear under other clothing, although still only for a short amount of time. I think I'll be getting a couple.more of these in the near future. A color vari8would be nice though.
