Clean sturdy and eye catcher
The media could not be loaded. Love the look. Instructions are vauge, but everything is labeled and numbered so if you can follow pictures you'll be okay. 1st never tighten all the screws until everything is aligned for that step. Also if you plan on using the drawers put the slides on during step 6 or 7. Don't wait until 9 like I did. Def a pain. I assembled mine backwards on purpose I wanted my glass shelves to be open instead of closed in. So I reversed the final steps. I think it looks a lot better that way. But all preference.

Some quality issues and difficult assembly, but final product looks nice and seems quite functional
Rating this product is difficult for me. The final product looks nice enough and works perfectly in the space we purchased it for, my daughter loves it, but the overall quality of the pre-fab panels are quite poor and the instructions, well, they are easily the worst I've ever seen and miss out some key information that could really help.To give some context, I've assembled dozens of this type of furniture and it took my about 2 hours to put this together, which isn't too bad really, but a lot of that time was wasted due to poor instructions. For example, the bags of parts are labeled with letters, and the instructions on one of the first steps specified that I needed "16 pcs" of the screws from the bag labeled "I", except there was no bag "I". After spending some time looking I eventually realized that bag "B" was also labeled as having the same size screws and sure enough, it was enough to cover both the "B" and "I" use cases. This only took a couple of minutes to figure out, but there were just so many things like this.Another issue was with the assembly of the drawer rails. It's so much easier to put the rails on BEFORE you assemble the base together, but the instructions would have you do this after, which means your sticking your arm and trying to do things without really being able to see. Certainly doable, but I can see how it would be frustrating for some people. I was lucky to notice this and put the rails on before I assembled, but little things like that are just annoying. In some cases panels can be assembled in two different directions but the drawings in the instructions only show the holes that this step uses, so you can put it together and then have to redo it. I also had problems with some holes stripping out way to easy. I fixed this with a little glue to make sure the screws would stay in place, but it just speaks to the poor quality of the materials. I've never experienced this problem with all the other pre-fab furniture I've assembled over the years.Summary: I didn't find it overly difficult to assemble, but it was probably 50% harder than it could have been with better instructions, slightly higher quality materials, and clearly/properly labeled parts per-step, and I've assembled quite a number of similar products that were better at all of these. That being said, we shopped quite a bit for a stand, and the others of similar size and style were quite a bit more expensive, and, in the end, the final, assembled product still looks quite nice and seems solid enough and I'm sure it will work well for it's intended purpose for many years to come, so I decided on 4 stars overall.

Milk crates cost less and would look and function better than this garbage purchase.
HORRIBLE PURCHASE! I would give this a -3 stars if giving negative stars was possible. Buckle up because were going on a long ride with this review. For starters it took about 7 hours to assemble, and I am not new to assembling furniture so for it to take that long for me to do it is insane! The instructions include NO WORDS, it's just a literal catalog of assembly pictures. Problem is, they include multiple steps in each picture with no reference on which step to do first, so you end up interlocking pieces and then trying to get them back apart once you realize that a different piece should have been installed before the piece you did. This is where a little WRITTEN INSTRUCTION would have been great. Each piece is held together with a combination of locking screws and bolts as well as wooden dowels. This means each piece will take forever to prep to assemble, and once you put in the locking bolts, the piece is together forever and there is NO TURNING BACK if you need to try and go back and correct something. The glossy pieces were covered in a protective film, which is nice except the film was ripped, torn, and scraped off of the pieces when I opened the box. Looks like they just frisbee'd the pieces through the warehouse before packaging. The photos of this stand are decieving. Once assembled, the stand is only 17 inches high. I am 5 feet tall, and the top of the stand where you put the TV only comes up to my knee, and again, I AM ONLY 5 FEET TALL. My couch and coffee table sit higher than the stand, and the shelf that the cable box sits on is so low that if I am on my couch the coffee table blocks the line of sight from the remote to the cable box, so forget about snuggling up comfortably on the couch and channel surfing, because to change channels I now have to lift my arm up in the air and hold the remote high up in the air while pointing it downwards towards the floor since the box is now barely 12 inches from the ground. It is a ridiculous sight. As for the shelves, only the top center shelf is open in the back so you can put your cable box there, but that is all you can put on here since the 2 lower shelves have no openings for cords, so if you have gaming systems, a dvd player, or modems/routers/etc, you better find somewhere else to put them in another room because they can't go here unless you want cords coming out of the front of the stand and wrapping them around to the back. The pieces are flimsy, less than an inch thick. The unit LOOKS like it is made from thicker pieces because there is a frame that goes around the front to make it look thicker. This is a visual lie. The front frame is also so flimsy that you can see separation between the top and the legs. You can see all the assembly hardware, big silver screws and locking pieces, which are super noticeable on the black glossy finish. Lastly, the LED lighs...they are supposed to slide onto the back edge of the glass shelves. HAHAHAHAHAHA, fat chance! The glass is thicker than the opening on the light strip, or the opening on the LED strip isn't open wide enough (whichever way you want to look at it) so ultimately, one of the biggest selling points for me was the LED lights on the glass shelves, and the LED lights can't even be installed, no way, no how. Add to that the previous mention of how low this thing is, so those shelves are useless to hold anything decorative even, and only had the value of lighting up and looking cool...and you can't install the LEDs due to manufacturing errors made during production of this model. I am so unhappy with this purchase that I could scream. I contacted the seller, but I'm not sure what they can even do at this point besides take back this whole useless, stupid pile of crap...but I have no idea how to even return it because once fully assembled, there is basically no way to disassemble it again. BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY YOU CAN FIND. I would have been better off going to walmart or big lots for some cheap particle board stand. It would have been a better deal than this garbage this was.
