This was a great addition to my kitchen. Dough is my nemesis. It sticks to me and everything else. But this thing helped tremendously. It’s large and easy to use, clean and store. My only worry is that it is very thin and I can see it getting torn. But for now, I’m super happy. I made some steamed pork buns today that I never would have without this.

I love this mat! I am a baker and finding a rolling mat that sticks to your surface, cleans easily and is LARGE and has pie crust guides and stores in any size space is awesome!! I cannot say enough! I am baking just to use the mat!

This works fine for rolling out and transferring pie crust, which is what I bought it for. The markings are convenient. It's also good to cover work surfaces for rolling out cookies. The main selling point for me was its large size, and for that it I can use it for things that my other "pan liner" size mats are too small for. But it is thinner than other pastry mats, and it is rather sticky and shiny, which makes it a little awkward to clean, fold, and store. It releases the dough fine, but it doesn't really wipe down as easy as some other silicone mats I have with more of a matte finish to them.

Works like a dream. Very easy to use. Pastry does not stick. I also like the measuring circles so you can easily keep track of the size of your rolled dough.

Love this product. Light weight. Easy storage. Folds up. Really super easy to clean. Does not move!! I will be buying more for back up out of fear that it may not be available in the future. I even cut a small hole in the mat with an exacto knife and you cannot tell. Its like it seals itself.

This is a very nice pastry baking mat. It works great for rolling out pastry or kneading bread dough. It is flexible and lays nice and flat. It doesn't slid around on my countertop if I put a little water under it. If you're looking for a nice pastry mat I would recommend this one...
