Great for checking Temperature of my Epoxy ResinThere are many to choose from here on Amazon and this one had consistently good reviews so i chose it. It’s easy to use and came with 2 AAA batteries and has a light up screen too, it seems to be fairly accurate and it turns itself off too when you have finished.It does bleep but i dont mind that but some may find that annoying, my dogs like the laser light and know when im using it as it beeps and they come running lol!My temperatures need to be accurate for some castings and for Epoxy Blooms.A very handy gadget to have and can be used for many uses in and around the home. I do like this one, its lightweight/small and simple to use!

I was advised to get one of these for my candle making and wax melts and I chose this one it had good reviews and im pleased that I did. It’s easy to handle and easy to use and what I liked most was it came with batteries and that once you’ve taken your reading and put it down it turns itself off quite quickly which is good.My temperatures need to be precise or what I’m making will be ruined.A handy gadget to have 8n the home too.So I tried this on several items in our home and it was very precise I thought so I do reccomend this and give it 5 stars 🌟

Cheap and cheerful product which works perfectly for balancing getting systems. It's not as accurate as my far more expensive one but I won't get angry if I misplaced this one. It's accurate enough to show the difference in temp between the incoming and outgoing temps of radiators for system balancing though.

I wondered about spending double, or more for an infra-red thermometer but this one, though from a lower price bracket, works very well and I'm very happy with it. I use it to gauge the temperature of the pizza stone in the oven to make sure its hot enough to cook on. The temperature gun came with batteries and is a doddle to use. I didn't think I'd need one but actually now I have it, I wouldn't be without it.

I bought this to evaluate my central heating system.It performed better than expected - producing consistent readings whilst making changes to the system.I would not use it to measure exact temperature but am happy to say that: from room temperature to say 100C, it is not that far out - perhaps 3 or 5deg.For me very good value for money as it cleared my concerns and is now available to me. It has been used satisfactorily for two other measurements.Valuable toy, would recommend.

Gun works well as any others I have used. No complaints there BUT whenever the trigger is released after a reading it gives a very annoying double 'Beep'. I really don't like it and there is no way of switching off the beeps. So if you don't want an IR temperature gun that gives piercing beeps that go through you...don't buy it.

This was exactly what I was looking for and expected. Works beautifully!

I got this for cooking, as I regularly use a Blackstone griddle and a fryer (propane burner.) This allows me to get an instant reading on my griddle temperature so I know the hotter and cooler spots when cooking, and also to get the right starting temperature on my griddle (usually 350 to 375 degrees.) It's great for my frying, too. Last night I was able to monitor the temperature of cooking oil to ensure 375 degrees before dropping food into the oil, and then to keep the temperature right by adjusting the burner flame after food was added. So much easier than a standard thermometer. Love it!
