[UPDATED] The seller reached out to me, they were quick to resolve the issue with more than a fair offer. I am really pleased. Great customer service! Rating updated from 3 to a 4 (and I'd mark a 4.5 if the rating system would let me).Ordering process and fulfillment went fine, on-time delivery with good packaging. But the back of the board has a 4 inch long cracked which appears to be due to overtightening of the screw at the base of the crack. I plugged in the dartboard and so far, it works without any problems. I will run a few more test rounds to ensure it doesn't fail on me, and then decide whether I'll keep it or return.

I was hesitant to buy an item like this online, but I am happy I did. The dartboard is very well constructed and easy to use. There are several games to choose from, and the sound and display are perfect. My family and I have enjoyed the dartboard and it is well worth the money. The darts that came with the board are good quality and plenty of tip replacements were included. The A/C adapter was included as well!

The first one we bought, the electronic screen didn’t work right. We couldn’t see the score when we played cricket. I exchanged for another one, hoping it was just the individual board and not a quality issue. Our exchange is perfect! We love it so much! The exchange was so quick as well as the return process. Very pleased!
