Edit: I initially thought I did not receive everything in my first shipment, however, I actually did receive everything!Two of the tire levers were packaged with the inner tubes and two loose. Because the tubes and levers are both black, I did not see the levers and thought they were missing. Additionally, the wheel liners were packaged together (unlike the product description picture), so I thought there was only one.This confusion caused me to ask for a replacement and to return the original. Amazon and the seller were perfect in honoring my request right away! However, because it was my mistake and the product is very good for the price, I will keep both of them and pay for both of them!The tires are almost identical to my stock tires, which is to say that they are fully functional if a bit on the lower end. They come folded, so you may want to let them rest in the unfolded position for a day or so for a more natural fit. As others have mentioned, there is a very strong rubber smell, so you may want to do this outside or in a garage. Still, if you want to leave them folded for travel, it appears they can be put on the rims with no issue.The inner tubes and liners are basic, but perfectly functional.The levers are a little more shallow than others, but again functional.Pros: Very affordable, comes with all accessoriesCons: the packaging may lead you to believe that you didn't receive everything

Tubes and tires are a perfect fit and exactly the type of tire I wanted for an old trail bike. All the materials, tires, tubes, spoke bands and tools were perfect and made for easy install.

Great value for the price. Tires/tubes installed easily with the included tool to assist in getting on the rim and tread pattern was close to the original tires.

I like to buy quality tires for my bikes, but as a backup set, these are a decent value! I got these to build a backup bicycle for trail rides with friends and family and these will be great. For the price, this is a great choice. Will update as needed.
