NuMedica - Appe-Curb - 120 Vegetable Capsules

I have been using this product for approx 5 months. It has been consistently effective at knocking out cravings for simple carbohydrates and for sweets. I can eat them if I want to, but I don't feel like I HAVE to. The result has been approx 10lb of weight loss per month. I did skip one month when I didn't reorder, and my craving for sweets came back with a vengeance. Restarting it got them back under control. It is said to stimulate the reward centers in your brain much as eating the chocolate does. It's just amino acids basically, but it's been very effective. Great product, does not make you sleepy or hyper.

This product has something in it that cause me to have headaches very disappointed for the money I lost on it.

Following the directions and the portions of food get smaller as the result. I plan to continue using this product.

This product significantly cuts down your cravings. I was suspect before and as a diabetic I really needed it to work as I have MAJOR cravings for carbs but it helped cut that down. And if you're taking it with the HC3 Trim diet it significantly helps with hunger in the beginning stages.

Did not work for what i bought it for..

Helps me be more alert during the daytime and since I have difficulty sleeping at times it helps me absorb melatonin when I need it.

My energy went through the roof!It helped a little with my carb appetite.I took it everyday for the first month but not as much now.
