Love it so far, comes set as Celsius. I reached out to seller and they responded quickly and sent info on how to switch it over to Fahrenheit. I followed the instructions but F only went up to 240° which is not hot enough for sublimation. So I reached out again and asked for factory reset settings. They responded promptly so I just stuck with using it on Celsius which is not a big deal as long as I can get my work done.

I love this heat press. It was hard for me to open and close as it was very stiff at first I finally spayed some oil on all the moving parts because my arm was getting sore. This thing opens and closes so smooth now it's amazing! It gets a great even beautiful press you just have to rotate the cup to ensure all is pressed.

This machine gives the impression of being very well built. This was the first time I ever used a product like this, but this machine seems to be of better than average quality. It included a small instruction sheet which proved sufficient for my first project.The machine went through each phase flawlessly and I came out with a tumbler emblazoned with my chose image... but the quality of the image was quite poor. I do not know if that is my fault due to inexperience, or the fault of the transfer paper I used.I encounter no problems with the machine,and it sems well and and designed so.... 4 stars.The photos on Amazon, provided by the seller, do more justice to the product than any I could add. Love this machine and how easy it is to use. I am learning still but it has gone well so far. The heat level is easy to control and uniform so the results are good.I utilize the timer to help the process and take any guess work out of it. I have 16oz tumblers that fit perfectly!

The media could not be loaded. The machine stopped working after 3 cup I received it March 15 today March 30 it doesn’t work I going to have to return it smh

I got this heat press machine to make customized mugs for my family and friends. I am very happy with using this as it works very well and it simple to use. I like the touch screen as it is easy to set the temperature and set the pressing time. It is also great because it is easy to adjust for different sizes with the thumb screws on the back. I also like that it comes with a power switch on the side to make sure it is turned on or off. I like that it sits very flat on my table and it is very stable. The handle is padded and easy to hold onto and pretty easy to close around a mug.

This made a great present for someone who loves crafting. The recipient of this present, said it was pretty easy to learn the process. It has good instructions. It is easy to use with a little practice. I thought the end product looks great. I looked around at other before getting this one. It seemed like a fair price for what you get. I bought some cheaper tumblers with it. Just so that had something to practice with and start out. Didn’t notice any outstanding odors when using it. I was a little worried because of how their craft room is setup. But the heat isn’t to bad and the smell that comes from it is minimal. Hardly noticeable. Great machine! Great gift for your crafter!

I had no idea how to use this when I got it and didn't have any of the things needed, so it took me a while to do the review. I was able to get some tumblers and purchased some patterns online and give this a try. I'm not gonna lie, there is a learning curve and at first I wasn't Impressed but once you figure it out it actually does work. It would be a great way to make some things for your friends or family or even to use as a small business adventure.
