Love these. Not gritty. Great amount of protein. I put mine in coffee in the morning after the gym. Enough for about 1 tumbler or 2-3 small cups of coffee. Taste great by itself too.

I originally bought this because I had to be on a liquid diet after having digestive surgery. First of all, this shake is DELICIOUS. I am usually not a fan of protein shakes but this one was really tasty. It was also very easy on my tummy and made me feel pretty full. I liked the sweetness of it despite it only having 1 gram of sugar.It's been months since surgery but I still drink these as a meal replacement for when I'm on the go.
