Great addition to make easier boat entry.
I purchased this ladder to attach to the end of the built in collapsible ladder on our boat. The built in ladder only has 2 steps, and as we have gotten older, it had become very difficult to enter the boat. Attaching the strap ladder to the bottom rung of the boats ladder adds nearly 4’ of depth and 3 additional steps, making entry into the boat much easier and more comfortable. The strap ladder is well built, with hard inserts in the cross section to make a firm step for each rung. The connection clamps/carabiners are solid, but pretty small. I replaced them with larger stainless steel carabiners for easier attachment to our boats ladder.

I'm 67 with a bad knee. I can get back on my Seadoo in deep water now.
It's well-made and strong. I only need to hook one of the hooks to the ski rope tow hook on my Seadoo. The ladder doesn't float like I was afraid it would. It has solid steps that go plenty deep. It has Stainless Steel hardware, and it rolls up small enough to fit in my tiny rear compartment. My Seadoo has a rear pull-down entry bar, but it doesn't go deep enough for me to use.

Good value
I purchased this so that my kids could more easily get into the boat when tubing or swimming in the lake. It is better than nothing but a fixed ladder is much easier to use to climb in the boat. It performs like it should. It is a little difficult get your body positioned to climb up. The ladder wants to swing under the boat. Once you get the technique down it helps greatly when climbing out of the water. The bars are sturdy but can be painful on the feet. I bought this ladder based on the price and it does the job I was expecting for the cost. It is a good value and fit my application well.

Solid and helpful
At 70 years old we still enjoy swimming off of the pontoon boat but using the 3 step ladder to get back on board is getting a little more difficult. This ladder attached to the original ladder is the perfect solution. The only modification is needing a larger carabiner or length of rope and loop to be able to affix to existing ladder. Not too big a problem to figure out and over come.

Ladder does not work
It was a good idea, but in practice, it doesn’t work at all. Do not waste your money on this product

Pretty Nice Ladder
This was purchased to use on our fishing boat so we could get back in the boat after swimming on hot days fishing. It feels solid and well made. I think it was a good purchase.

It was so close to being a really good one, except for one thing.
Design is good, although flat inserts in the steps rather than round ones would have been an improvement for better comfort with bare feet. Material quality was very good. Sturdiness was very good. The D-rings at the top were good enough, but heavier ones are available and would have been more on par with the other materials. The only big problem was that one mounting strap was about an inch longer than the other, so when you attach this to a parallel mount, the rungs hang at an angle that makes the ladder not user friendly. The rungs were all parallel, so they got the hard part right. Only the two mounting straps were off. Perhaps I just got the odd bad one or perhaps that dimension is not watched closely enough. This is not the kind of craftsmanship error that I expect to see from Italy. If it wasn't for this one big problem, I would have given high ratings.
