I am so glad I purchased this ab rollout device. I use it daily and I can take it with me to the gym. I use it all the time. It is a perfect addition to other ab exercises. It is defective not boring!! Love it!! I also picked up a knee wedge too, however this product does come with a knee pad.

I will give this product a 5✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️had to figure it out at first but now am a pro,easy put together and can take it anywhere!!I recommend to purchase.

I like that there is a slot for your phone so that you can watch videos while doing some ab workouts. I just watch a show at 2x speed and only for about 10 minutes and I can definitely feel my abs after the workout. I also do it without any rest so I might as well get a workout in while watching my favorite shows.

The product does what it is intended to do, a nice workout for the core. I rate this a 3/5 mainly because it is very cheaply made. See reasons below:- No proper box, parts were basically thrown inside an amazon box- The padding for your forearms is basically a sticker. This lost its stickiness pretty quick and keeps popping off.- The timer is put in place with the use of a magnet, a simple touch and it falls off- The materials overall feel like cheap plastic- The padding for your knees is small (and this is coming from someone who is short and on the slimmer side) and provides minimal cushionMy recommendation would be to spend a bit more and get a better quality ab roller.

This was super easy to put together. Great quality pieces and durable. This wheel rolls without a problem. This is very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use. It includes a knee mat, which I appreciated, as well as a magnetic timer and slot for your phone. Great abdominal workout and great addition to my gym.

None of the holes would line up right so it was completely unusable. Only one would go in for the arm rests, but then it wouldn’t on the other side; either pipe was too short or the hole wasn’t placed right. For the handle piece, neither hole was lined up and you couldn’t fit either side in.

I started the work out immediately unfortunately I over worked my and and got a pain on the left side of abdomen. Stopped the workout for a few days and restarted the work out again and I am doing much better. I love it works well you can definitely feel it and it helps that I feel I have more control.

Good ab roller and it’s easy to workout on it! Comes with a tiny mat and a timer. Good for doing KEEP exercises. The assembly was easy, and the roller felt sturdy after getting put together.Overall, good for the money!
