Worth every penny
This is the most beautiful and well put together cookbook I’ve ever seen. The recipes are easy to make yet so are nourishing and delicious. Thanks to this cookbook I meal prep every week and look forward to it. When I first started researching eating for my cycle I was overwhelmed, but this cookbook makes it so easy and exciting. I highly recommend!

In my healthy meal era
Worth every penny! I had been a weekly meal prep girl for so long that I’d gotten out of the habit of making big salads with fresh ingredients. There are multiple salad and veg dishes in this book that will become go-tos for me. The pear salad is SO GOOD its going to be my pick to impress guests. It’s seriously a high end restaurant dupe and I am craving it all the time. This is coming from someone who hadn’t had a salad in a year. I’ve made about 10 dishes so far and can’t wait to keep trying things. I feel nourished! Get this cookbook now.

Must have
Not only is this book beautiful but full of easy to follow yummy recipes that will support you during each phase of your cycle. I love everything I’ve made so far and feel more knowledge about what my body needs depending on my cycle which is really invaluable. Love. Get it!

Makes cycle syncing a breeze!
What a gift to women! Love how the author took powerful ingredients that pack the most nutrient punch and turned them into recipes that actually taste good! A must try cookbook for women of any age, but especially us cycle syncing babes.

Beautiful, Intelligent and Best Roast Recipe
So pleased with this beautifully pictured cook book! Has made supporting my cycle easy and delicious! Made the roast recipe for my parents and they still talk about/remember how amazing it was💗 The hard copy is the way to go with how much you’ll use it. Enjoy!

Great Inspiration
In my health journey, this book has provided great explanations and inspiration. It is a great companion to some of my other books of similar genres. The price was exactly what I anticipated, and for an independent creator’s work, the quality is as expected. Overall, this is everything I wanted when making the purchase.

Not worth the hype
I agree with some others that this book leaves much to be desired, especially for the cost. The cover is beautiful but the interior feels “cheap” and there are aspects of it that appear suspiciously AI generated, including many of the pictures of the food. There is no way the pumpkin pie in the book was made with the crust recipe that is provided. The Split pea curry looks nothing like the picture.The instructions are lacking and leave a lot of guessing, such as not describing what to do with the ingredient but just listing the ingredient and then finding out once you are preparing it that it was supposed to be grated, sliced, etc. or in some cases never saying anywhere in the recipe.Many of the recipes have been a waste of time and expensive ingredients as they just really didn’t turn out well and I’m an experienced and good cook.I appreciate the “book” as a source of inspiration but it’s majorly lacking as a stand-alone recipe book. It feels cheaply done and like a rip off and disappointment for how much she hypes it up.I believe one reason there is not more info in the book about the “why’s” is because it seems her content is taken directly from Alissa Vitis “Woman Code”, whom she does not give credit — read that for the original source of the ideas.
