Not loud
I love my walking pad! It’s not loud it was once but it was the padding underneath that was bunched up. I use it almost daily and easily put away under bed when done.

Squealing!!
I love this walking pad but I also use it for at least 2 hours a day. After 2 weeks the chirping started. I’ve used the silicone they provide and it sort of worked. Their support is very responsive however are on quite a time zone difference. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars

Great customer service!!
It was promptly replaced free of charge after the usual trouble-shooting didn't fix the problem. Communication was excellent. Apparently what happened never happens and the new one is still fine after a couple of months now. As far as the product itself I love it. I don't use the programming features so can't speak to that, but the dimensions are L 46"XW 20" (24"with incline attachments) X H 5"My balance sucks though and I can't imagine trying to do it without holding on the my shelf (lightly of course). My ability to let go has gotten much better.I'm glad I invested just to be able to top off those days that I don't get my steps in.

Great value compared to others
I’ve had this walking pad for about a week and I love it! I walk about 6 miles a day at the highest incline and it’s quiet enough that I can be on the phone while I’m walking. I prefer to turn it off for work meetings, but I don’t feel like I have to. I love the remote for ease of turning off and on throughout the day and adjusting the speed, and it’s compact enough that it fits nicely under my desk when I’m not using it. Highly recommend!

So convenient
The media could not be loaded. I love this treadmill! It’s super easy to use and store anywhere! The remote helps and the different presets make it easier to switch up while walking. I love it!

Compact and convenient, but a couple minor qualms
Having a treadmill at home is a great convenience, but oftentimes, they are too heavy and large, so this walking pad is a decent compromise. First of all, it is much smaller than any typical treadmill, which includes the stride length and the width. For some, the length might be a detriment, but I have had no trouble walking on this without overstepping or tripping, and I am about 5'10" and 170 pounds. Secondly, it is easy to move around because it is light, and there are wheels on the bottom.Of course, because of its size, this is not considered a hardcore treadmill, and I believe the top speed is 4 mph, which is great for a steady and brisk walk, while watching TV. The height adjustments are also very subtle, and I typically just keep it at the highest setting (4% incline). Even though the incline needs to be changed manually, it's simple and easy to rotate the triangular brackets. The remote control is also a nice convenience. My biggest issues with this beginner treadmill involve its storage and power adapter location. Regarding storage, because of its low profile, it can easily be slipped underneath a bed or some other type of furniture. However, I really would have preferred to be able to keep it upright somewhere, and it's a bit unstable to do so. Regarding the power adapter, I would have preferred it to be located on the back of the walking pad, not the front. When I'm watching TV, the rear of the walking pad is near a wall, but with the power cable located in the front, it does not reach the outlet, so I need to find a different area or use an extension cord.Overall though, I do like having this around, so that sort of eclipses its shortcomings.

Works great.
I don't have a large house and needed something so it would fit and not too expensive or big and bulky. This is perfect. I have been on it several times since my husband put it up for me and it works great, and is not loud either, so that is an added plus. I look forward to walking many miles on it.

Worked great but then it didnt
This walking pad was great for this first few months but now the belt will not stay in place. We have adjusted it but it keeps moving. We can no longer use it and are very upset that we are stuck with this equipment that is no longer useful
