After just using for walking the treadmill soon showed an E08 error message. I contacted the seller who just kept telling me to try some things to see if it would correct. It has not and they have decided to ignore my text messages and it is still under warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Great product for the money, easy to put together and easy tovwork

I bought this in September 2023 and used it regularly (light use) until February 2024. It then frequently stopped with an error message and finally the motor burnt out.I contacted the seller through amazon and they quickly sent me a replacement motor. I replaced the motor however the treadmill kept stopping immediately after starting with a new error message. I contacted the seller again and they sent me a replacement control panel. This didn't make any difference however and the seller has now offered me a refund.Summary: I found the treadmill to be very good when it was working. Not sure if I would buy this model again but the customer service was excellent and would have no hesitation recommending the seller or buying from them again.

Ok to start off with but started to go faulty after 3 months… after walking at 4Kph for about 1km it stops dead with a E08 fault.. could cause injury if this E08 fault happened at running speed, avoid at all cost ..
