Needs a little hot glue BUT very cute!
These were very cute! Just beware kids aren’t going to be able to roll the outside by themselves. I rolled them and hot glued them, 10 year olds were very successful after that.

Hard to assemble
The little gummy things that stick the flowers on do not hold the flowers on very well. It was hard to make a cone out of the brown paper. This craft was too hard for the 3rd grade children I bought it for.
