What a Wonderful Purchase
The S5 Max is very nice. Works extremely well. Rather than having multiple streaming subscriptions, I now have this. Can find most movies I wish to watch and every sports broadcast is available, even some I've never heard of. Had to have a friend who has one help me do the original setup. It is not obvious what to do and the setup instructions only cover the physical installation. Fast shipping.

Easy to assemble
I love this super box, so many channels and popular stations on the live section, dozens of good movies both new and older, and it updates automatically when new movies are available. It is rapidly paying for itself in savings from not going to the theatres. Easy to set up.

SUPERBOX FREEZES AND RETURNS TO HOME PAGE - INCLUDED FIXES DO NOT WORK
The product was the newest 6K version. It froze up on every channel selected. The instruction sheet included several fixes which none of them worked. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

One box stalls
Bought 2 of these during Prime Week. I thought they had the actual Netflix/Hulu/Disney Plus/ etc on the box but they don’t have. Wanted to end my subscriptions but someone told me to end subscriptions but keep accounts. Then just look on the accounts to see what’s new added and look for it on box. One of the boxes now keeps stalling out in the middle of a show but the other one works fine. Didn’t do that when I first bought them. Other than the stall part and not having the apps, my fault for not knowing what the boxes do, they’re pretty good. My husband did notice the new movies already on them as well.

Freezes and resets
Not sure what is going on. 1st time using the product. Many others raved about. I've seen numerous times, freezing and reseting back to the home screen.
