Organic Bread of Heaven ~ Banana Bread - 2 loaves~ USDA Organic

I bought this banana bread in hopes of recapturing the pleasure of my Grandmother's home-baked banana bread when I was a child. It has succeeded in that. (Hers was a little bit better (moister)). This product was so flavorful and moist I struggled to stop eating it, and without any qualms about the ingredients since they are organic and without dubious chemicals. I think "banana bread" is a misnomer; "banana cake" would be more accurate, because it is sweet and moist, like a "fruit cake". The loaves are smaller than a sandwich bread loaf, but being a fruit cake are much denser; these are 18 oz each, close to a sandwich bread loaf commonly 20 oz, but the sandwich loaf is larger because it has much more gas from yeast. (Another reviewer wrote that they are "... SLIGHTLY bigger..." than a "...3x5 index card" but I measured 3.5 in X 7.5 in midway up the sloped sides (so larger than this at the top) which did not in any way remind me of an index card.) Each loaf was in perfect condition, baked in a cardboard baking tray, then covered with a stiff plastic lid, all shrink-plastic wrapped (but the loaf stuck to the cardboard so it didn't bounce around inside anyway). The loaves are not sliced.

I love and keep reordering these products. They just don't disappoint. I love knowing I'm eating as clean as I can with less ingredients and quality ingredients. Less is better in our food.

Mmmmm! This company‘s products I dream about they’re so good. The banana bread is out of this world outstanding! I highly recommend this business as long as they have plenty for me to order. Lol I recommend it to everybody. It’s really good to know that you’re getting clean ingredients and it tastes fabulous!

As a vegan, it’s not easy to find certain food items. The breads (2), yes two, came earlier than expected. It was easy to freeze unused portion, for a later enjoyment. It was delicious, though a tad too sweet, as I most watch my sugar intake. Even so, I would definitely recommend this bread.

Absolutely love this Banana Bread. I am so grateful to find such a wonderful selection of Breads that are affordable / organic and DELICIOUS. Also love the White Bread and Sourdough. Will look forward with delight to a Heavenly Bread future.

Familiar with a 3x5 index card? These breads are SLIGHTLY bigger than that. I estimate they are one third of a full-sized loaf. Huge rip-off.

Microwave for 30 seconds for amazing flavor. Great product.

The bread is a lot smaller then the picture ! I am happy that it has good stuff and is organic. But it’s taste needs more sweetness and more banana flavor in it.
