People don’t realize how good Magnesium is for you
I have been taking magnesium for many years now, when I heard that so many people are low on it.I can’t believe that I am going to be 80 years old in 7 days.I believe this has helped me over the years, I had asked the Doctor about it and she said to go with the 400 it was better than the 200.So I switched.I feel great,👍I do take other vitamins and minerals as well.

Smells Rancid!
The second I opened these, I was taken back by this awful stink. They just smell awful. There’s clearly some very poor quality control happening here so don’t buy these! They didn’t sit in my mailbox for even a day and we’ve had no extreme weather.

Normally these pills help us with our constipationAnd these do not work at all. Worst part, they don’t even let you return them!
