Great results with increased energy levels and better concentration.
These capsules are comprised of three different types of magnesium which, in my opinion, is a good thing as each works in a different way so you are getting multiple benefits. The inclusion of B6 is a bonus as this helps with the functioning of the muscular system and combines well with the magnesium to give greater health benefits. The capsules are slightly on the large size but I still found them easy to swallow. The serving size is 3 per day although you can take anywhere from one capsule to 3 per day, so it's your choice, and as there are 120 capsules in the container they will go a long way and are good value for money. They come packed full to the brim unlike some which are only half full and the rest of the bottle is wasted space with a lot of unnecessary plastic. They are manufactured in the UK but as there is no indication on the bottle I presume that they are not suitable for Vegans.I've only been taking one a day and have found that, within a week, my energy levels have increased and walking up 125+ steps on the way home from work is now not an issue whereas before it was a struggle. Not only did my legs ache but I was running out of energy halfway up! My concentration at work has also improved. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be buying this magnesium complex again.

Good product
I take magnesium to reduce my tiredness. These capsules have done a good job, and I would recommend. If you have a medical condition like diabetes, intestinal disease, heart disease or kidney disease you should not take magnesium before speaking with you doctor first. I find these reasonably priced and love the fact that they are vegetarian.

Seems good so far, with a powerful magnesium blend
Magnesium is one of those wonder supplements we could all do with taking. I am often intrigued by the different types, but still don't fully know enough about them all. This blend seems to pack a punch, but just be weary about side effects when starting.Pros:• Effective blend of three types• Good value for the amount you get• Convenient capsulesCons:• Had stomach upset initiallyBrand=========I've never heard of Sash Vitality before, but upon researching them they're a family-ran UK-based firm that are quite a young business that started up for personal reasons. They do a relatively large range of different supplements and seem to have a relatively clear vision, and also good priced products. The product ingredients=========All of my ailments scream out for magnesium. I grind my teeth badly at night, don't sleep deeply due to fibromyalgia and have chronic pain, and also generally get migraines and other issues. Magnesium is a good bet for most of my problems, and there are countless types.I researched the three types in these caps. Bisglycinate is better absorbed, and good for muscle relaxation. Malate supports energy production and general vitality. Taurate contributes toward electrolyte balance and cardiovascular health.Together, you'd this blend would seem to be pretty powerful and geared toward better wellbeing in general. The capsule=========The caps are soft and about the length of a 10p coin so a bit bigger than some caps, although still easy to swallow. They're a bit thick but not super chunky. They're vegicaps so suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The effects=========So, when I first started taking this, my stomach didn't deal well at 3 a day. I immediately had lots of urgency and so had to start off slower at 1 a day, then gradually increase over a week to let my body get used to them.It did all calm down with a bit of time and I can tolerate them better now. Having them without food actually seems to help.I take one in the morning, one at lunchtime and one an hour before bed. I think they may help me sleep a bit better but it's hard to tell!My general wellbeing hasn't significantly changed as of yet, but I'm a firm believer you need to take supplements for 3 months before judging if they are helping you. I might feel a bit more energised but need more time to know.Verdict=========So overall, even though I can't say I am feeling so much better already, I'll say these are amazing value at just over a month's supply (120 caps at 3 a day). The brand seem trustworthy and like they know their stuff and the magnesium blend is thought through and hopefully will be what I need in time.

Comprehensive blend that may suit you
Sashvitality's Magnesium Complex certainly stands out for its comprehensive blend and commitment to quality. Packed with Bisglycinate, Malate, and Taurine Chelate, alongside Vitamin B6, this product promises an array of health benefits, from muscle function support to fatigue reduction. As someone who takes several supplements, I appreciate the natural ingredients and UK manufacturing under GMP standards. The commitment to environmental sustainability and animal welfare is also positive.I was intrigued by the promises this supplement offered. The capsules are easy to swallow, but not the smallest. One drawback is that you need to take three capsules to reach the recommended daily intake (RDA). However, this allows for gentler magnesium intake throughout the day, which may be beneficial for some users. The cost is reasonable at £12.99 for a 40-day supply, working out to about 33p per day. The blend of magnesium forms is a highlight, potentially offering benefits for sleep, muscle and teeth pain, cardiovascular health, and cognitive function. It's important to understand that there are many forms of magnesium available in supplements. This formula is unusual and may be a gentler way to try magnesium, particularly for those who have trouble tolerating other forms like magnesium citrate. However, the presence of two other forms alongside the gentle Bisglycinate might negate some of these benefits. This is another advantage of the lower-dose capsules - you can start with one and gradually increase it for better tolerance.I find the packaging is poorly designed. The font is small and lacks contrast, making the jar difficult to read. My jar had the issue of another label stuck over the top of the jar's main label, partially obscuring some of the instructions. This wasn't a complete replacement label, just a product name label with a barcode, and it is firmly stuck on.Sashvitality's Magnesium Complex has its place and may be perfect for your needs if other forms of magnesium haven't worked well for you. The content seems like a premium magnesium supplement, but it's not the most economical option, and the labelling is frustrating.
