I bought two pairs of these earplugs last school year, one for me and one for a friend, for when we have to do cafeteria duty at a middle school. It is VERY loud during the lunches. These definitely cut down on all the noise. Need to remember to wear them to lunch duty again this year as it is just as loud.

Great alternative to the name brand and still work pretty well. Good value for the price. I carry them with me everywhere I go.

I go to concerts all the time and these have been great. When I forget them I definitely feel the ringing in my ears afterward, so better safe than sorry...

I have hated earplugs for years because they've never felt comfortable in my ears, I'd stuff cotton in my ears before an earplug and went to alot of concerts like that instead of protecting my hearing. But I love concerts and I value what hearing I have left and I needed protection. After trying tons I saw these and they looked different than others I had tried and these are affordable which I want something that don't bust my budget but also delivers on results which is protect my hearing but not at the cost of my sanity by driving me crazy making my ears itch inside or burn or just hurt because they're too big or muffle what I'm at the concert for which is the music. Yes protect my hearing from the loud decibels but allowing me to hear the words and I tried a pair which I couldn't make out a word. So these I tried and immediately knew they were different, they didn't hurt my ears they didn't cause them to burn or itch and within 5 minutes all the others I had tried did! So yay! but above all I could hear the music I could hear the song I could the words but at a level like I was sitting in my room listening to my radio and I don't listen to my radio at a high volume or id have people beating on my door so these earplugs are amazing they don't plug up my ears where I'm hearing my heart beat and that's the only thing I can hear...these just turn down the volume to a level where my hearing isn't being damaged..I've never encountered anything like these and wow I wish I'd had these years ago when I was at concert almost every weekend and the concerts of choice were some full on assault your ears heavy metal I mean i don't regret those concerts I just regret that my hearing suffered. But not no more I can save what I do have and enjoy my metal too without fear of blowing my eardrums. Great hearing protection and awesome comfort..I'm a huge fan and advocate now of hearing protection!

The comfort was there. So was the style. I really liked the cord that the earplugs came with. However, the sound filtering was too excessive and disrupted enjoying a festival. Rather than dampening or filtering the sound, it blocked out too much sound. It was as if I'd stuffed those cheap foam orange earplugs into my ears instead of earplugs for concerts.I wouldn't recommend these for concerts, they're better suited for studying or sleeping with.

These ear plugs are really great for just lowering the volume of sound across the board. For loud music these work perfectly but for conversations, the person you are talking to is going to have to speak up just a little bit. I like how discreet these plugs are, they don’t stick out very much and the clear ones don’t really draw attention to your ears.

I used these at a music festival to protect my hearing and they did work pretty much as expected. I've not tried the loop or eargasm hifi earplugs to compare but my guess is that you probably get what you pay for. I didn't want to drop 40 bucks on a pair of plugs I wasn't sure I was going to like or use, the 15 dollar price point on these was what sold them to me. I DONT like the carrying case. Fumbling in the dark trying to put these things in there and get the lid closed is nearly impossible, and the quality is not great. It's going to break soon. I'll keep these around until I break the case or lose the plugs from the case not closing right, and then I think I'll buy the eargasm or loop brand next time.
