This is gorgeous and my 5 year old loved it. She wore it just for playing dress up. Unfortunately, the wings ripped really quickly - I was expecting a little higher quality for what I paid. But it was fun while it lasted!

This product should not be designed for little girls. My daughter wanted nothing more than to be a fairy princess for her birthday (this weekend) so I purchased this, and it arrived quickly and by the initial first glance, I thought this could work. Her face lit up when she saw it, so mom was happy. But when I looked at the wand, I noticed that the butterfly shape of the wand was absolutely falling apart. The material is a really cheap (CHEAP) net like material that is not attached properly and the way it is stretched over the shape of the butterfly, it is actually broken and ripped in several areas.The wings ... she loved the wings. I gently opened the wings and put them on her and she turned around with a smile on her face, as she started to move around the house I noticed that the wings were hanging sideways. I went to look at them and one of the strings had come undone. Literally they are held together with hot glue. I tried to hot glue the string back together to hold for her party coming up this weekend ... but that will not fix the issue of again the shape of the wings being in a butterfly and the material being stretched over it somehow the material is just ripping all over the place and it will not hold up to any little girls standards.I am really disappointed with this purchase. I was hoping that this would work and make my daughter happy as she loves playing dress up but when she is asking me to help fix her wand and there is only so much that I can do to try to fix the wand, I am forced to try to spend more money to find something else to purchase for her party.

The 4-yo girl this was gifted too immediately put it on and then pranced around the room proudly telling everyone she was now a fairy. It was obvious the outfit was not coming off (ever) without vicious protest. I felt a little bad because I am fairly certain she was going to insist on wearing it to bed. The quality of the outfit as you would expect, not the highest quality, but the outfit was worth every dollar spent for the reaction alone and the memories that were made, not only for her but every person in the room. The true innocent joy of a child is a sight to cherish.

This was a gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loved everything, especially the veil. When she put her new outfit on, she danced and sang and waved her magic wand over us, turning us into kings and queens and princesses too. Her brother became a frog, much to his consternation. But with another wave of her wand, he too became a prince in the kingdom of Make Believe. And we all lived happily ever after.
